Intel's Upcoming Alder Lake CPUs Are More Power Hungry Than Rocket Lake & Comet Lake Chips - lucktope2001

According to the big businessman requirement (PSU 12V2) requirements defer, Intel Alder Lake-S CPUs leave be coming in four TDP segments:

  • 165W (Enthusiast)
  • 125W (Unfastened)
  • 65W (Mainstream)
  • 35W (Low-TDP)

It is reported that the power demand, based on those numbers, would gain away 50-100W for Intel's 12th Gen Alder Lake Background CPUs. So it looks like IT's non evenhanded GPUs that are getting higher power consumption merely mainstream processors too (technically not mainstream due to a higher number of cores, quicker clocks, and prices north of $500 US).
